    Very Discriminating.. Ms Kristel anne huertas txt me for an interview, i accept it gladly; but she didnt inform us that we have to bring sacks for our safety she never include it to her message. After several hours that we've waited HR assistant assist us for exam but take note she didnt say her name so we are clueless about her? after we finish the exam its about 1pm already some of my colleagues that applied to that company ask the HR assist if we can take our break. And they say ah nagugutom ba kayo said the HR staff, but then she said you may, after she said that i ask Ms. what is the next step of your procedure and ask her her name.. nakakaloka pag katapos un ung isang staff nag comment at pinatanung ung name ko then i answer politely. After a break we wait to the bench were candidates waiting for the result..Ung isang HR staff tinawag ung name namin ako at ung nag paalam na kng pwede mag break medyo parang nagegets ko na pinalabas kami at doon kina usap bilga sabi ba naman sorry kasi nag mamadali kayo kaya inuna ko na ung papers mo hnd nya isabi kng anu result then sabi wala daw mag iinterview samin kaya tatawagana na lng namin kyo what a punk..tntxt nyo kami to be sure na andyn ung mag iinterview wheres your professionalism about human resources vision and mission hnd kayo qualified para sa position nyo ni hnd nga kayo maka pag collaborate ng right words for us at mag english barok na wala pa breeding..dapat inform nyo kami what the procedure will be and mag pakilalal kayo first and for most ng hnd pag tinatanung kayo piling nyo natatabunan na kyo you dont deserve and your not qualified para mag HR. Nakakahiya kayo..so disappointed nakka inis na may mga taong nag dududnung dunungan pero wala naman alam grabe naging hr officer ako kaya alam ko kng anu dapat ang inaasal ng hr staff wag mag piling kasi lalabas naman sa pag uugali kung may laman ang utak o talagang wala try nyo mag aral uli ha..
